Olivia enjoys learning all of the ins-and-outs of real estate and aiding the team in meeting their personal goals while also assisting them in the process to find their clients dream home!

A proud Greenvillian, Olivia graduated from J.L. Mann High School and Clemson University. While at Clemson she majored in Business Management, and was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. On Saturdays you could see her on the sidelines of the football games cheering with  the prestigious dance team, The Rally Cats! After graduation, Olivia began working in Sales and Marketing which provided her with the teamwork, organization, and creative skills that became the pillars of her career!

Olivia spent 2018-2019 in New Zealand, learning the culture, exploring the island, and advertising with a local Newspaper and retail sales. This expedition was a lifelong dream of hers that was accomplished at the very young age of 28! A certified Pilates instructor, Olivia feels “Our Bodies are capable of so much more that we realize, and pilates has been a great way to stay in motion!” Contributing to local charities, volunteering for her church’s youth ministry, and quality time with her rescue dog, Dexter are just a few of the ways she likes to give back to our community.

In 2021, Olivia joined The Van Gieson Team as the Team Administrator, assisting the agents on communications, marketing, scheduling, and time management. Spring of 2022 she officially became a Licensed Salesperson and REALTOR®! She enjoys learning all of the ins-and-outs of real estate and aiding the team in meeting their personal goals while also assisting them in the process to find their clients dream home!
